Repairs, lighting, power, common area and car park lighting, and planned upgrades, with clear work orders and photos for your records.
RCD and safety switch compliance
Safety switch upgrades across multi-unit buildings and rental portfolios, unit by unit, with a compliance certificate for each.

Are you licensed and insured?
We hold an Electrical Contractor Licence (89947), QBCC licence (15326021), ARCtick refrigerant handling authorisation and $20M public liability cover. Certificates are available on request.
